  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese Ensure it's freshly grated for best melting properties.

For Garnish

Cooking Instructions

  • Generously sprinkle both sides of the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once sizzling, place the seasoned steaks in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Carefully turn the steaks, adding the remaining butter and minced garlic to the pan. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
  • Remove the cooked steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes.
  • Lower the heat in the same skillet and add the heavy cream, whisking to incorporate any browned bits. Stir in the grated Parmesan until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Slice the steaks against the grain, drizzle with the creamy sauce, and finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.

Notes

You can add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes on top for a hint of heat. Ensure to let the steaks rest for optimal juiciness.
