Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 1 pound Chicken Tenders or substitute with grilled chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil can use any neutral oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika omit for milder flavor

For the Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard or use yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Honey substitute with agave syrup for vegan option
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise or substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice lime juice works as an alternative

For the Wraps

  • 4 Flour Tortillas whole wheat tortillas for extra fiber
  • 2 cups Frozen Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce any leafy greens can be used
  • 1 cup Tomato use your favorite variety or omit
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion substitute with green onion for a milder flavor

Instructions
 

Method

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat, then add a splash of olive oil.
  • Season the chicken tenders with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  • Quickly heat the tortillas in the skillet or microwave until pliable.
  • Spread a layer of dressing on each tortilla, then fill them with lettuce, sliced chicken, diced tomato, and red onion.
  • Drizzle extra dressing over the filling, fold the sides of the tortilla, and roll tightly.
  • Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Optional: Add slices of ripe avocado for a creamy touch.
