How to Make Fermented Carrot Salad

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the low sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and minced garlic.
  • In a large salad bowl, add the ribboned carrots along with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
  • Pour over the dressing and gently toss everything together until well combined.
